GongYoga therapy - Basics

Deepen your skills and learn how to use Gong and soundhealing together with yoga, meditation and breathing-exercises one-on-one. This certification is for Yogatherapists.

Requirements:

• Basic level Gongplaying course
• At least 15 hours experience in playing for larger groups (GongBaths).
• After this weeken you re required to do 40-days of meditation and Gongplaying and practice with at least five individual clients before joining the certification-weekend.

The course is held together with Helen Miller Lynch, MediYoga therapist and Gong-therapy master.

GongYoga-therapy is transformative and may facilitate both physical, mental and spiritual healing to the client. As a GongYoga-therapist you design a spesific GongYoga-therapy session for your client involving asana, meditation, pranayama and spesific Gong-playing sequences.

Requirements:

• GongYoga-therapy basics
• 40-days of meditation and Gongplaying and practice with at least five individual clients.

The GongYoga therapy certification holds a total of 90 hours.
